Love what you do and love where you work
Join our team of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We offer flexible work schedules (Monday – Saturday; before and after school hours; in-person and teletherapy) and competitive compensation.
What makes us different
We provide an extra layer of support for our contracting therapists (SLP, OT, PT) – that include:
Scheduling – scheduling is arranged and confirmed by office staff at BI. This supports clinical time and minimizes time the clinician spends on scheduling. Reminders for progress reports and annual reassessments are included.
Materials – BI provides all testing, assessment, and therapy materials, including online assessment tools.
Clinical space – All services provided by BI are either clinic-based, or telehealth. No trunk loads of materials to drive from point to point.
Coverage – Staff will work to provide coverage for therapists as needed.
COVID precautions – We follow best practices to keep our therapists, staff, and clients healthy. This includes screening before every visit, as well as masking. Clinic rooms and therapy materials are disinfected by staff between every visit. Every clinic room has an air filter with UV protection to maximize protection from viruses, allergens, and bacteria. The clinic is open to fresh air whenever possible.
Support – Bilingual Interventions is proud to offer consistent support and communication to our clinicians, for both employees and contractors. Being a contractor can feel unsupported in many settings. At Bilingual, we consider the needs of all clinicians, staff, and families. Most of our clinicians are bilingual, and Spanish to English interpretation is available when needed.
Supervision for SLP-CFs is available.
Being Bilingual (speaking English/Spanish) is highly recommended, however it is not necessarily required to apply. We welcome CCCs, Clinical Fellows, Apprentices and Assistants.
